Allison & Erik {Tucson Wedding Photographer & Videographer}

Last month we had the pleasure of capturing both photo and video for Allison & Erik’s destination wedding. This Michigan couple came down to Tucson one winter and decided they loved it so much they wanted to get married here! We were fortunate enough to meet up with them in February to take their epic engagement photos up on Mount Lemmon and hear all about their travels around Arizona this past winter.

Allison & Erik’s wedding turned out so perfectly! They searched for weeks to find the perfect desert landscape as the backdrop to their small, intimate ceremony.  They finally found the perfect spot out in Tucson Mountain Park in front of a very iconic looking Saguaro cactus. We loved the unique details they picked out that celebrated their love of the southwest like their beautiful turquoise wedding rings and the gorgeous handmade bouquets and boutonnieres.  One of the best parts about small weddings are the amount of time you can spend with all your family and closest friends. And we love that they chose to do their first dance right after the ceremony in the desert with all their loved ones surrounding them. After enjoying as much time as possible in the desert we headed back to Owl River Resort to enjoy the evening with some food and dancing. Allison & Erik make such a wonderful couple and we were so blessed to share in their beautiful wedding day.
